Preventing Mourning Doves from Nesting (1 Viewer)

A dove had babies in our courtyard vine and I removed the nest after they fledged, as we didn’t want them to nest there again. But now two adults are in the vine at the old nest site as if they plan to nest again. How I can I humanely discourage them? It’s a tight, fully enclosed courtyard used by our indoor cats and very hard for fledglings to fly out of.
