Puerto Vallarta Flycatcher (1 Viewer)

Should be Pac-slope/Cordilleran (more likely just because it's more abundant) or Willow. No chance of getting an ID though from those photos, I fear.
 
Looks good for a Western-type Flycatcher and in the lowlands of western Mexico should be Pacific-slope based on currently accepted species limits.
