A nice morning at RSPB Pulborough Brooks this morning in glorious sunshine, though cold. A showy Kestrel a surprisingly calm Jay, nice Treecreeper, a lot of Wildfowl sparkling in the Sunshine and some good views of Nuthatch. There were also a lot of Voles about, feeding on seed put down I think by Birders/Photographers presumably to get pictures of the likes of Nuthatch, Coal Tit and other common birds, Not sure about people doing this on a Nature Reserve, although the RSPB have two feeding stations on the reserve, mind you I still took advantage, so not that morally outraged! :) and doubt it makes much difference in the big picture!! Think the Voles are Bank Voles, they are extremely cute!!
