I took a shot of a bird and I would be grateful for an id confirmation if possible please. I am thinking either Grey Partride or pheasant (juvenile either way I suspect). Many thanks

Thank you for this Butty. This was in September of 2019. Please also may I enquire: would this likely be a genuine wild bird or a captive bred released bird, as is often the case with this species in the UK?
