Great stuff Chris, so Gambia into Morocco? if so thats going to be some amazing birding. I really want to get to Western Africa even if a lot of the species are Western versions of the Eastern ones I saw in Uganda they were just amazing bird families, hornbills and plaintain eaters are both so great

I think Yellow Billed is a full species, at least under IOC,

Thanks Owen, got back last night, off to Morocco the beginning of next month. Re Kite I think you are right but it is going to be lumped. I will adjust it for the time being as it will make tallying list easier!
