Sea bird (1 Viewer)

Hi I took this picture on the big Sur in California in June several years ago but I just noticed there is a sea bird in the sky and I wondered if anybody could work out what it was I was mainly focusing on the elephant seals so apologies that it’s not a great shot of the bird. Many thanks in anticipation
