Also from unfocussable video in a bush by Richmond Lake, Rockingham south of Perth, may be the same bird as previous thread but these stills show a tail a bit more.

I feel it was smaller than that. Pic 1 above shows a tail split into various strands and that plus my feeling of it being smaller make me ponder Little Grassbird or other warbler. And what about the"chit,chit" sound?

Noy a grassbird imho, based on what little I can see of the plumage: would expect more streakiness, more contrasting cap etc.

I don't read anything into this. Looks like it's just spreading its tail. But difficult to be sure of much with these pics
 
Australian Reed Warbler, habitat right, colouration right, lack of streaks eliminates Little Grassbird, and the tail may simply be worn or wet
