Small passerine - Bulgaria (1 Viewer)

A friend of mine made a video with his phone yesterday in Bourgas(Bulgaria). He think, that it may be some vagrant phylloscopus. My opinion is, that the bird looks lake a firecrest. Any other suggestions?
