Solitary wasps (1 Viewer)

Numerous small wasps attracted to flowers of Japanese Spindle bush. I gather ID of wasps is difficult from photos. Any idea what group they might be from. Markings of these two not identical. London TW11

First looks like a Bee Wolf, Philanthus triangulum. The other not a solitary species but a social wasp, Vespula sp.
