There's a couple more typos in the first part of this quote:

"Criniger, Temm. — Trichas, f.​
Criniger ist als lateinisches Adjektivum nicht zulässig (s. die Gründe in Phil. bot. und Illiger Prodr. praef.), erinnert auch gar zu stark an die nicht immer sehr deutlichen, bei manchen Drosseln sogar zuweilen stärker hervortretenden Nacken-Haare. — Trichas deutet hierauf leiser, und, da es bei Aristoteles eine Drossel bezeichnet, zugleich auf den Zusammenhang mit diesen hin."​
(Trichas Gloger 1827 (March) is a senior homonym of Trichas Swainson 1827 (June), the latter applying to yellowthroats; Gloger's name is the reason why we use the later Geothlypis Cabanis 1847 for these birds.)
