Trying to identify a specific bird seed (1 Viewer)

I purchased Kaytee Nature's Harvest Backyard Blend bird seed from Costco. Attached is a photo of a sample of such product. Does anyone know what type of seed is the small white seed? I ask because the birds in my yard (I live in New Jersey) seem to not like this seed and eat the other seeds but leave this at the bottom of my birdfeeder. Has anyone else had this problem? The next time I have to purchase bird feed I'm thinking of getting bird feed which does not include this seed (if I can figure out what it is). Lastly, does anyone have a recommendation for a good bird feed for the Mid Atlantic / New Jersey region. Many thanks.

Black Oil Sunflower...Safflower...and white millet. A note, if you see either white or red millet in abundance included in any mix it's not worth the purchase. However Black Oil Sunflower seeds and Safflower seeds are the top 2 that birds prefer.

White millet. I buy it.

So you recommend putting it out separately (out of a mix)?
I feed it separately for the House Sparrows away from the main feeders so that other species ( Tits, Robins, Goldfinches etc ) can feed without too much disturbance on the other foods - sunflower hearts, suet pellets, peanut nibs etc.
Personally I wouldn't bother trying to extract it from the mix unless there is a lot of Millet waste.
