Two syllable bird sound repeated in the night North Wales (1 Viewer)

Hi there,
I live near Caernarfon in North Wales and this is the first time I have posted.
I am hoping someone can help . My daughter can hear a two syllable bird calling at night (or at least we think it’s a bird!). She has recorded it from her bedroom window at around midnight last night. We do have woodland behind us and tawny owls, so I did think a tawny owl baby but checking on the internet I think not. It’s repeated at regular intervals. I have attached a video of the sound. Many thanks
