Do you have more pictures?
Yes, I get a weired/possible vagrant/escape impression too. But this can also, at least partly be the result of artefacts and single picture effects. For example the appearant compact shape.
Taking this into account, I think it can well be a male Blackbird. Overall jizz looks acceptable for this, and bill-colouration seems very god for this.
It might well be a bleached individual, with some pigmentation issues.

I found this image difficult. The main issue for me is tail length. It seems too short for blackbird. Structurally it reminds me of starling but then the bill is wrong (it also reminds of Asian species like immature white-cheeked starling). I wondered if the bill colour was staining of some kind
