"Just for info, we have some entomologists out on the Flashes next Tuesday and I’ll be with a contractor as well"
Not sure how long they'll be out there, I'll see if I can get some ideas.

There is likely to be disturbance from 10.00- 15.00, although this depends on how easy/difficult it turns out to be to survey the inverts & what the weather is like.

MOORS: Yellow Legged Gull (juv), Little Egret (2), Common Tern (2), Lapwing (28), Swift (24), Cormorant (2), Little Grebe (8), G C Grebe (2) + 2 juvs, Teal (2), Tufted Duck broods 1:3:5, Otter to the left of the east hide.

FLASHES: Green Sand (13), Common Sand (1), LRP (3), Lapwing (18), Avocet (29), Teal (3), Shoveler (2), Sparrowhawk, B H Gull (105), Wood Pigeon (330).

MOORS: Peregrine, Little Egret, Common Tern, Little Grebe (4), Reed Warbler (2), Teal (2), Cormorant (1), Lapwing (1), Mute Swan (3) + 5 juvs.

FLASHES: Green Sand (9), Common Sand (1), Avocet (13), Lapwing (70), Little Egret (2), B H Gull (114), Teal (11) + Willow Emerald damselfly (male).
