Currently 4 Little Ringed Plover behind the Greenshanks on the L side of Green Sand Island. Also one or two White Wagtail on Webcam Island (from above) every so often in the last couple of days. Still one Ruff giving good veiws and a Dunlin. Green Sandpipers have declined a bit.

Yellwo Wagtail, a welcome splash of colour, me being stuck mostly indoors in horrible cold winds for 2 weeks.

White Wagtail (wagtails are difficult to 'freeze' as they rarely sit still):

Lots of waders yesterday and today. Flocks of Ringed Plovers (in which I identified 2 each of Ringed and Little Ringed) & Dunlins. Plenty of Common Sandpiper and still the odd Green. Also Yellow Wagtails and White Wagtails. And an escaped Bar-headed Goose.

Double woo-hoo! Stint species (appears to lack rufous tones and have breast-band, but moving and can't be positive)

Curlew Sandpiper s.p. still around, with ringed plovers. There is also a group of at least 40 Dunlin moving around from island to island, with a LIttle Stint tagging along.

The third osprey chick hatched, and it turns to be leucistic!
