I have found thin neoprene sheet online before. Somewhere around 2mm thickness sounds about right to me for birding sized bins. I would cut strips of about 1-1 1/2" x the length that when closed would form the circumference of the bin's barrels, plus a bit for overlap. Cement the overlap to create a circle just a bit smaller than the barrels and when set stretch over the objective's barrels. Black Shoe Goo (brand name) would work I'm sure. Black silicone adhesive as well, no doubt.
One could also use the adhesive to cement Velcro on the ends of the strips to allow attachment that way.
I doubt any commercial lens shade sized to fit birding size bins will be available.

If you think it's worth it, it is very easy to make something yourself that you just shift onto the barrels.
I have been playing in my head and thinking about seeing what I can cobble up.
There isn't much room at the end of the barrel due to the presence of the third hinge.

I was shocked by your experiences, since whatever I have tried, I have not found any glare in the NL pure and I have used it a lot under a range of circumstances some of which should be ideal to cause glare, but they did not.

but you also say every time this subject comes up that you don’t see glare in any Swaro, and many other people do, so maybe you shouldn’t be shocked?
it’s hard to imagine something less shocking than people complaining about glare with Swaro on this forum

Modern multicoatings have reduced the problem but under certain circumstances every binocular will exhibit some glare.
Cinematographers and large-format photographers sometimes use a matte box: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matte_box.

But theres always some glare available if you look for it

That only goes on for a while, then they start burning helium. (not that it makes any significant difference to binocular users)

You've made me curious: what's the connection of the above with the topic of this thread?
The Canon 10x42IS L also has them.
Fitted with a 52mm hood (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009GFY6EG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) the glass is almost too glare resistant. It allows continued observation quite close to the sun, enough so that one needs to be actively aware of it, as the view does not give warning when getting too close.

Sunshine the cause of all binocular troubles. Bigger than Zeiss, Swarovski, Nikon, and Leica. Available to cause consternation in all financial brackets.
Good for looking at stuff though.
My point really is that the sun is so big and so mighty, so all encompassing, that I think its unrealistic to expect control its light perfectly in all circumstances. I think I read somewhere that even altitude affects haze or glare in optics.
I'll admit the original flaming tons of hydrogen statement doesn't necessarily communicate that sentiment well; my sense of whimsy got the better of me.

Flare, that is the type of glare produced by viewing close to the sun or other glare producing situations (like peripheral or crescent glare) isn’t really the problem, IMO, at least not for me.
Troublesome is veiling glare, often produced in benign lighting and often not noticed until a better specimen is at hand for comparison. Here we see dramatic differences in ability, regardless of cost and the ability to control this veiling glare is extremely important in maintaining contrast and ability to determine detail recognition.
My best bins control veiling glare very well, seemingly better than some of the latest and greatest...and more costly!

I think everyone experiences "flare" to some degree and it's my belief that in certain other circumstances veiling is impossible to avoid.
Even with the naked eye against strongly reflected light, for example I have polarised sunglasses for fish watching! If millions of years of evolution can't solve the problem with mark 1 binocular ....
I'm not sure what you intend to compare images or binoculars?
Give the Pures to me I don't mind. Honest! I'll take that glare hit for the team.
