Vortex Razor HD65 16-48 (1 Viewer)

I am thinking about investing in the Vortex Razor HD65 with 16-48 eyepiece. I have been searching for opinions and reviews online, but these are limited to America and reviews based on hunting rather than birding. Are there any European birders out there who have any experience of this scope? What do you think of it? Worth the investment at nearly £800? I am just wondering what how its performance is viewed in Britain/Europe.

I am not a European, but I use my Vortex Razor 65 exclusively for birding. It is a great scope. Its light, well built and the view is excellent. i use it for viewing salt marshes, oceans and anywhere clear sharp long distance scoping is needed. i highly recommoned it.

I have had one for about a year and am very happy with it. It has great optics, is very well made and compact and easy to transport. I think its great value for money and has quality you wont find anywhere else the price in my experience.
I have had Vortex binos for a few years and have nothing bad to say about them which is why I went with them for the scope. I think you need to spend much much more money to get anything even marginally better.
