waders and goose help (1 Viewer)

Hello
I saw this black goose the other day in Devon, UK. Is this a brent goose would you say?
Also, is it possible to tell from the second photograph what the waders are? If so, could you tell me how you worked it out as would love to learn- appreciate it may not be possible though due to them being silhouettes.

Yes to Brent Goose.
Waders look to be Black-tailed Godwits - seem large with hump-backed impression, long bill, feeding belly deep in water.
