Took these pictures on the shingle bank behind Cley Marshes NWT in Norfolk UK . The bird was on its own, presuming juvenile, but doesn't quite match anything. I forgot to get an opinion at the time & only got round to it today, though I have notes.
There the only 3 pics I have, it didn't stay still for a long & flew off east. From my notes the tail was about what I'd expect for a Yellow Wagtail, which I initially though it probably was (though the very pale appearance made me question my initial thought) as it didn't have the 'neckless' I'd expect from a White.
