I looked it up and just can’t seem to find what kind it is. I thought it was a cowbird at first but then I saw it in the light and saw the white spots on the face and the white stripe on the belly. It’s bigger than a titmouse and smaller than a jay.

It's a male brown-headed cowbird, maybe molting (some odd brown streaks). The white spots look like some kind of debris - bits of shell from sunflower seeds, perhaps?
