What gull is this? - Warwick UK (1 Viewer)

There is distinct lack of mirrors, it has a black eye and yellow legs. I thought yellow legged Herring Gulls were from the Baltic area, but omissus types have often more white to exposed primary tips.
I think this a Lesser Black-backed Gull possibly 2nd winter. Although the seems to be some bleaching out of the white areas, might be the expected wear at this time of year or artefact/overexposure (no offense intended), so It might not be.

PS do you realise if you take the 'the' out of Father and the 'ime' in time in your name, you get quite an amusing name?

Taken yesterday, 7th April, over the suburbs of Leamington Spa. Not too much sea around here. I was confused by what appears to be a black tip to the bill.
Re. name - yes, that would be about right
