What might I see in Venice at the end of January? (1 Viewer)

What am I likely to see, apart from Cormorant and gulls in January in Venice?
I am guessing, not a lot but might I be surprised??

No you won't! (A few waders possible on the ferry from the airport).
Not unless you get right away from the city.
But it's lovely anyway.
Beware of flooded streets!:-O

Lots of black-necked grebes (and great-crested) on the Lagoon, a great white egret on Torcello (also little egrets there) on my winter visit.
