What's this bird? In Kandersteg in the Berner Oberland in Switzerland - end of July 2021 (1 Viewer)

I saw a group of 3 black birds. 2 were (almost) totally black, but there was another one with a lot of grey. Would this be a hybrid between Carrion and Hooded Crow? Or could it still be a "normal" Hooded Crow? Thank you!

Looks like hybrids (probably part of a family). Typical Hooded Crows show more contrasting plumage, with a paler grey.
