I think it might be Parrot Crossbill but as I have never seen a Crossbill before I am not sure!

The angle of the bird does not help in evaluating the bill proportions.

Common for me, the upper mandible particularly in crossbill5 doesn't look deep enough or (consequently) have a strongly enough curved culmen.
