Which pipit? - Northwest Turkey (1 Viewer)

Turkey
They were a small group, on the ground. Flew up to the trees when they realized me. Altitude is around 700 m. Northwest Turkey, July 2021. Thanks,

Hello,
they are both Woodlarks. Please note much shorter tail than a Pipit.
The right black and white pattern to the wing-bend is visible in both, although the typical bold head-pattern (long and broad supercilium and dark-framed ear-coverts are somewhat clouded by moult (?).
 
Thanks a lot. I always thought woodlark to be a much darker bird, but here the black and white pattern at the wing-bend seems quite distinctive. woodlark it is, then.
