WinPatrol Alert for LastPass (1 Viewer)

I've just had WinPatrol pop up warning me that a new IE add-on has been detected for LastPass (this is a password manager+ programme I've been using for years).

However I don't use IE as my browser (except in emergencies) so I don't know how it has suddenly decided to add itself to the IE toolbar.

So I'm now not sure if I should reject the change or is it OK to accept it do you think.
