Hello! I met it today in Almaty, inside the city in Botanical Garden. Can't understand, is it Great Spotted or White-winged? Thank you! )

My vote is for Great Spotted Woodpecker. I have not seen White-winged, but believe it shows more white (and/or large white patches) in the primaries. This bird seems to have black outer primaries, with just two thick white bands nearer to the base.
