Your Most Recent "Life" Bird (13 Viewers)

Isabelline Wheatear @ Easington. Never been there before Friday before last, two visits & two lifers there in nine days. Perhaps I should go again 😖

added two to my list this weekend - jack snipe at tring resrvoirs and grey phalarope at farmoor in oxon

along with the lesser yellow legs in poole harbour last week its been a really good few days for me

Western Purple Swamphen. Unfortunately unlike almost everyone else in the UK, it seems that I missed the Siberian Accentor as I was on holiday when it appeared.:C

There must be loads of people out there with 2 or more firsts for the UK this year. Ah well still a couple of months to go.

Jack snipe at Old Moor two weeks ago. Visiting Spurn on Sunday for the first time in awhile so maybe something there (wish I'd been around last few weeks though!)

I'm having a problem with my old list, which got out of order. I then put it in rough chronological order. Some of those birds are now hard to remember. Like short billed dowitcher, "Missouri with David" says my note.

The eBird list with fewer but more accurate birds is coming along with 360 recorded.

On my "real" life list, Surf Scoter 492.
