Maybe "It's now or never" would be appropriate too.

But I think there will be a 3:rd Prime prize, not sure if the drawing will be at the same time, or a week later or two.

We'll see...

I don't like Monday's, unless I'm on annual leave of course. Bright start and cold with the weather to go downhill from tonight, lovely.

If you're being chased by a police dog, try not to go through a tunnel,
then on to a little see-saw, then
jump through a hoop of fire. They're trained for that.

"Shrinking Nature"

Come with me, to a magical time
Of legend, lineage, fable 'n' rhyme
The scale of wonder, eye-widening sublime
Speechless mouth open, just point and mime

Folks this isn't a tale, of stretched stories 'n' guff
But a mere shadow, of the world we've stuffed
A land of giants, natural temple before your eyes
Trees disappear to point sight, reaching for skies

Now I'm a large human, the size of a Black Bear
Look 2m 'Roo in the eye, and try 'n' outstare
But if these big boys, put the wind up you 'n' me
Imagine the sights, sealed in history

Mythical worlds, lost in primordial time
Fire-breathing Dragons, the last of their kind
Griffins and winged beasts, to give you a fright
Casting shadow, turns day to night

Marsupial Lions, and Haast's Eagles abound
Plane-sized shadows, carry you off the ground
Car-length Goanna's, to make you flee
Barrelling 3m 'Roo's, flatten you to a tee

Ancient forests formed, spec of soil, drop o' water over millenia
Haven for Megafauna, Paradise Parrot, 'n' Tasmanian Tiger
Towering ferns, the size of a 3 storey house
Diverse large kaleidoscope, now a beige mouse

It takes 200 years, to lose a tree limb
Another 200 to form, hollow to live in
Atrophied death, by a thousand cuts
It's enough to give, a Kiwi the shuts

Massive Wedge-tailed Eagle, dark chocolate brown
Magnificent predator turning to scavenger, totally dumbed-down
Disappearing forests, and plenty of road-kill
Diminished need, for great hunting skill

You'd better like humans, they'll be all that's left
Shrinking Nature, lost riches, world bereft
