[edit] OverviewBig Bend National Park is located in remote West Texas, USA. It is 800,000 acres in size, consisting of desert, mountains and river environments. The southern edge of the park is bordered by the Rio Grande River and the international border with Mexico. More than 450 species of birds have been recorded in the Park. Big Bend National Park is on the Far West Texas Wildlife Trail, site nos.
