It looks too "Long tailed" to me. But........ The wing beats are higher than Sparrowhawk. Sprawks are flap flap glide. using small wingbeats. Goshawks are powerful beasts & need deeper wing beats to gain that extra power.

You should see distinctive white outer tail coverts even at that distance.

Even I cannot always confirm a Goshawk when I see one.

I would say about 75% for Gos.

Here are three similar video-grabs of female Sparrowhawk for comparison. It looks slighter, shorter-winged and...er, well, like a Sparrowhawk, which the other bird doesn't. Having said that, I totally agree with Colin that anyone who confidently identifies every raptor he sees is deluding himself (but probably no-one else!).
