"Bugs" in the soil of my room plant (1 Viewer)

I hope this forum is the right place for this type of question. Please let me know if there is a better place for these types of questions
as I found more pests on my plants.

Looking through a microscope (not sure about the magnification used respectively the size of the creatures) I could capture those
two images. Not sure if the white "flies" and the "bugs" belong to the same species.
