Falklands Wren Identification? (1 Viewer)

I saw some wrens in the Falklands in early November, and the bird list on Wikipedia has House Wren as well as Cobb's wren. So wondered how to be sure which is which? Is Cobb's wren more rufous? Can be hard to tell in photos as bright light and cloudy sky the colours can look different?
What do you think of the attached pics - Cobb's or House wren? Thanks for your help.

Falklands also have Grass Wren and actually only 5 different records of House Wren on eBird, but I think/guess yours is not Grass Wren, so sorry for the tangent. Have a look at Cobb's Wren - BirdForum Opus and https://ebird.org/species/houwre5/. Try browsing these photos for comparison: Search results for query: "Troglodytes aedon" | "House Wren" + chile* -"Sierra Nevada" (House Wren ssp. chilensis) and Search results for query: "Troglodytes cobbi" | "Cobb's Wren" plus Cobb's Wren - Troglodytes cobbi - Media Search - Macaulay Library and eBird (Cobb's Wren). You can't find ssp. chilensis of House Wren in a straightforward way on eBird, so here are birds from Tierra del Fuego in Argentina, the southernmost part of the subspecies range (you can also choose any other region of Chile and Argentina, only don't go too far north): House Wren - Troglodytes aedon - Media Search - Macaulay Library and eBird. For a general idea about subspecies ranges, see House Wren (Troglodytes aedon) :: xeno-canto. Here are the actual vagrants recorded in the Falklands: House Wren - Troglodytes aedon - Media Search - Macaulay Library and eBird.

Can you say exactly where these were taken? Cobb's wren is of v restricted range on the Falklands.
These photos look like an all-blackish-billed shortish-tailed house wren - which seems to be what Cobb's wren is - so, assuming these records are from a suitable site, I'd take them all to be Cobb's wrens.
(Forget grass wren - it's very different - stripey.)

All Cobb's Wren. Very common and showy at several 'easily' accessible islands, e.g. Carcass. House is a vagrant at best (perhaps some of those records come from the fact Cobb's was considered a ssp of House). Grass very different as said, occurs at tussac covered areas.
