Small Canada Goose, Durham, UK (1 Viewer)

Came across this Canada goose significantly smaller than the others today. I understand their size can vary and the bill looks wrong for a Cackling Goose (I also don't think it's small enough and so am 95% sure it's Canada), but could I get some secondary opinions?
