Ok...another dumb question from the newby....is this a house finch? Sorry about the poor quality pic.

Henry could you reduce the size of your pics a bit please! the bandwidth suffers a bit!!

Hi Henry,

100kb is a reasonable size to upload. Most photos can be reduced to half this amount without losing quality noticeably. Many photos in the Gallery are only 30-50 kb's.
An easy way of getting file size down instantly is just to crop the shot to the subject and then consider reducing the file size if still needed - it often is. 640x480 is an ideal size to use.
