Fledglings still!
This little one was waiting about 10 ft above the suet feeder for mom to fill up and come feed it.

I don't remember seeing fledglings this late in the season and it's not just the Red-bellieds. Northern Cardinals as well. Been a very strange breeding season but excellent for these guys and the No. Cards.

wow, KC a woodpecker looking so loooool, if there is anything i like more then cardinals, hummers, warblers, chats (don't count i could go for all birds) is those lovely red headed ones.
 
Cracking juve Pecker capture KC, must be something to do with the weather???
