Habitat: Gulf Coast Prairies and Marshes Vegetational Area. Wet Prairie dominated by Saltmeadow Cordgrass with scattered shrubs of Bigleaf Marsh-elder along East Bay.

Location: Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge, Chambers County, Texas, USA.

Date taken: May 2018

Scientific name: Ammodramus maritimus

So many sparrow species the US has. This one I can't recall even hearing of :eek!:
