Can the Fieldscope ED eyepieces be adapted on later Nikon models?

I'll let you know as I have ordered that EMA-1 adapter with plans to use an MC Wide eyepiece on my EDG 65 scope

I hate my scope help me with a new one!

If you can find a used Nikon EDG for a reasonable price I highly recommend one. I got my EDG 65mm for $1070 in brand new condition and am absolutely thrilled with it. I prefer it over the Swaro 65mm as well as the Vortex Razor. I would compare it closely to a Leica Apo 65.

    Victory FL. 2009 vs 2011

Hi. Just wondering if much changed between these years for the FLs. I am considering a pair and have the 11 model or the 09 model to chose from. Thanks

Which set up with FS III

Thanks for the advise. I am really just looking to take pictures of the deer and other wildlife that I watch. Sadly it seems that my options for the point and shoot route are pretty slim if next to none. I can't even find a Coolpix camera for sale that is compatible with the Fieldscope III.

Which set up with FS III

Hi. I own a Nikon Fieldscope ED III that I primarily intend on using for watching nature and wildlife but would like to get set up to take pictures with it. I currently have the 24x DS and the 40xDs eyepiece as well as the MC II zoom. I also have a FSA L1 on its way to me. I own a couple...

What is your favorite 8x42 binocular, for less than $1000

Take a look at the Minox HG 8x33 MIG as well. I have a pair and find them superb. I recently was able to look through a pair of Genesis 8x32 and found them decent but I still prefer the Minox HG

Does anyone know how to tighten the central hinge on a pair of Bushnell Ultra HD

I had the same thing with my 8x42hds and I was able to tighten the slotted tripod adapter screw and it tightened up the hinge. Maybe try loosening the screw just to get it turning and then tighten back up.

    Minox 15x56 bl MIG

A couple months ago I emailed this to Cameraland Hello. I am considering a pair of the Minox German 15x56 binoculars. Can you tell me if they are optically better than the non German ones? Did they use better coatings on the glass or better glass overall? It's pretty well unanimous...

Done with Viper HD - current best scopes for under $1000

Well it's mostly the FOV and brightness that are improved upon with the fixed eyepieces. Much bigger and noticeably brighter I find. The two that I have are excellent. I received the 24x with the scope when I bought it from an esteemed member from another sight and I came across the 40x by...

Done with Viper HD - current best scopes for under $1000

The zoom is its Achilles heel for sure but you it still looks pretty darn good. The Wide angle fixed eyepieces take the scope to another level.
