Drive 45 minutes from Noumea at RP3 in direction of Yate. Parc is open at 7 am until 5 pm except monday. Tel. 88 88 85 entry fees 500 French Pacific Franc per car ( same like Polynesia ) 100 FCFP per person
Normally camping is allowed, but in last december was not allowed because the hurricane some weeks ago, was said. But camping on the entry place, was possible for me. In the morning I saw a lot of paraket very near (in evening only hear in the trees).
From gate is around 13 km drive until bridge. Continue is allowed for bycicle and walking. On right site is a way of 5 km until rainforest ( on this way is rather small an dry forest plants ). Another 3 km to Grand Kauri ( Agathis lanceolata ). There is a roundway.
