sorry about the poor photos but I set the camera wrongly. Can you confirm my id as a Cape May Warbler or am I way off mark

Can you confirm my id as a Cape May Warbler or am I way off mark

I would say you hit the bull's-eye. The rufous auriculars are diagnostic, at least in the U.S. Nice to see a male Cape May Warbler in the dead of winter -- even if it is just a photo.
