I was thinking about buying this but it's only available second hand and not cheap (c. £45). It's been around for some time so I suppose what I really want to know is whether it's worth the outlay.

V grateful for your views/opinions.

It's not bad given that it's nearly 20 years old, although it's not a lot of book for £45!

Google Books gives an idea of the contents, but unfortunately most of the figures and plates have been redacted.
