Using a "/" inside a file name could be the problem. Searching for the file in the list of uploaded files seems not to find any hits, so I think the upload might have gone wrong. Did you do the upload? if so, try again. If not, then maybe there is a need to replace with a freshly uploaded image.

OK, I chose a different image and uploaded to the page, so now there is an image that works ;)
