I had identified these birds separately (and with the help of a guide) as Austral Canastero. Now I look at the photos together they seem very different. Can anyone ID them for me?

1. is Austral Negrito
2. could be a pipit??

That was very quick. I see it now. The picture in the book shows the underparts as reasonably plain but the description says slightly streaked. Thanks for the help.

maybe Short-billed Pipit for the 2nd bird
