Hi. My name is Lynn. I live in Illinois. We are very fortunate to live in a beautiful wooded area where there is a lot of birds and wildlife. I have a birdfeeder set out where we get quite a few varieties of birds and I just put a hummingbird feeder out and hope to get some hummers soon. The only type of hummingbird we get around here is the rubythroated hummingbird. The last few days we discovered we had a northern barred owl nesting in a tree right next to our path back in the woods. I've taken several pictures and will post them when I figure out where and how to do that.
