Hmmmm..... not so simple, this one. Before changing them I checked with Avibase and there are several instances of this spelling having been used over several authors, including Clements, Howard and Moore and the IOC.

A similar problem occurred with some kingfishers (Todiramphus/Todirhamphus comes to mind).
Might be an idea to look back at that one to see how it was handled?
