Spectacled Warbler (1 Viewer)

So I'm looking through the Cyprus birdlist for a trip in Feb and brushing up on id by looking at Opus and the photos in the gallery. I got to Spectacled Warbler and there are only 3 in the gallery. The one used in Opus (charelli) is partially in shadow so the spectacles don't show up well. There's another (john-henry) in upright pose that shows it's similarity to Whitethroat. The third (steenl) looks quite different - the underparts are quite grey, in fact the whole bird has more of a grey tone than brown.

So is this third one a juvenile or a local (Fuerteventura ) variation?
