Heard, but not seen... (1 Viewer)

I recently moved to central Massachusetts and I live next to a Mass Audubon wildlife sanctuary. Over the course of the last month (May/June) I have heard this crescendoing bird call at the large clearings in the woods, but I’ve never spotted the bird that’s singing... Hoping someone can help me ID it – I’ve attached an audio file.
