I live in southern England and have been birding since I was a kid. I’m not particularly active in any groups and I rarely twitch, unless it’s something I can’t resist that is fairly nearby (such as a Bluethroat a few years back). I’m more casual. I like sketching birds (and other nature subjects), photography and playing guitar.
I have done some foreign birding, in the USA, Australia and SE Asia but I haven’t done so for a while.
The user name - in case anyone is wondering (or not) - is because I’m a fan of horror movies and heavy metal, and I love a good ghost story.
I was on here many moons ago, the last time was about 9 or 10 years back I think, but I no longer have the email address and I’ve long forgotten the password, so best to start again from scratch.
