Pheasant 1
We came across dozens (perhaps hundreds) of Pheasants on a walk and they were trapped in the deep valley of an ancient road. So, rather than flying, they just kept running ahead. We managed to get near enough for some good pictures.- AlanR

Moment of attack
The Mallard was blocking the Pheasant's route across this beam, so the Pheasant decided to launch an attack, and the Mallard made an undignified exit. The incident reminded me of the story of how Robin Hood and Little John first met!- tedk
