Just stepping out this morning to go birding when I saw this great bird in a tree behind the houses opposite. I have managed to tempt them into the garden with meat scraps. I thinks he knows its Sunday and is waiting for a tasty chicken carcass.

Simply Red

A Red Kite in Dumfries and Galloway. We saw loads of these over the week but I didn't get one shot which I am really happy with. We could have gone to the Kite feeding station at Laurieston but I think it is much more exciting when you happen upon them when you are out and about. Ron
